Kwame Asante, a Ghanaian known Ankaful Maximum Security Prison Inmate, Accused Captain Smart, Onua TV, and Mr. Kwateng of Fraud.

Captain Smart of Onua TV and Onua TV itself as a company has been accused of fraud issues by Kwame Asante, popularly known as 11:30, a former prisoner of Ankaful Maximum Security Prison.

Kwame Asante is pleading to the public and the whole world to speak the truth about a fraud issue he is having with popular TV personnel Captain Smart and Onua TV itself involving the Crime Check Manager, Mr. Kwateng.

According to Kwame, on December 21, 2021, he was freed from Ankaful Maximum Security Prison in Cape Coast, Ghana, after serving a fifteen-year sentence for verbal abuse. After serving cuts and wounds with a machete, he sent his doctor's reports from Ankaful Mental Hospital and Ridge Hospital to Onua TV, and it's handed to Captain Smart, and he published the reports to seek support from the whole world for Kwame because he can't afford his medical bills.

Fortunately, the United Nations (UN), through the Three Women Organization, came to his aid and agreed to support him on all his medical bills, and everything was in charge of Captain Smart, according to Kwame.

Since the United Nations (UN) came on his aid to support him, all his doctor's reports from both hospitals said all his medical reports and bills are in the possession of Captain Smart, and he is refusing to hand them over so he can't get help for treatment from solicitors.

According to Kwame, he has tried as many times to meet Captain one-on-one, but his appointment with him is always rejected by Captain Secretary, and Captain is also refusing to pick up his phone calls to give him an explanation about why his medical bills from the two sectors are being rejected.

And according to Kwame, he thinks Captain Smart of Onua TV has defrauded him of the benefits he was supposed to receive from the United Nations (UN) through the Three Women Organization.

With the help of Mr. Kwarteng, the crime check manager at the Accra-Parched Hills, Kwame was able to be granted compensation from the government through the same United Nations (UN) after his release from prison because his case was false against him, which is a sum of the US dollars $8000, which has now increased to about two hundred thousand Ghana cedi's (GHC200,000), according to Kwame.

This compensation money was transferred to Mr. Kwateng's account, and he needs to be asked about it, according to Kwame, because the money has not been given to him.

Kwame is damaged by his head and left-hand by Kofi Gyasie, who is still chasing him anytime they meet to kill him, according to Kwame. As a person of disability, Kwame is pleading to everyone to come to his aid to support him because he can never indulge himself in any criminal activities for money because of the fifteen years of learning he has taken from the Ankaful Maximum Security Prison. 

Kwame is now in need of support from the whole world, especially any honest lawyers to come to his aid to seek justice for him so he can receive his benefits from Captain Smart of Onua TV and Mr. Kwateng because he needs money urgently for his medication and to start a small business.
