Kwaku The Traveller By Black Sherif Have Been Declared As The Most Streamed Hip-hop/Rap Song For 2022.

 Mohammed Ismail Sherif, a rapper and musician from Ghana by the music scene name of Black Sherif. He is also known as Kwaku Frimpong and was born on January 9, 2002. With the release of his song "First Sermon" in May 2021, he became more well-known 2021. This was followed up with "Second Sermon" in July and many more.

Among all his songs, the most streamed hip-hop/rap song of the year was his massive hit, "Kwaku the Traveller" according to Turnable Magazine, which has put him in an unbelievable year to an end. The remix of the song featuring Nigeria's biggest artist Burna Boy came in second on Turntable Magazine's list.

According to Turntable Magazine, these are the top ten streamed songs at the end of the year 2022;

"Wait For You" by Future featuring Tems and Drake ranked in third, ArrDee’s featuring Black Sherif "Come & Go" ranked in fourth, "Always" by Darkoo featuring Black Sherif ranked in fifth, Jack Harlow’s "First Class" ranked in the sixth, "Hustle" by Reminisce featuring BNXN fka Buju and D Smoke ranked in seventh, JAE5’s "Propeller" featuring BNXN fka Buju and Dove ranked in eighth, Olamide’s "Hate Me" featuring Wande Coal ranked in ninth and "Running" by Ladipoe featuring Fireboy DML ranked in tenth.

A related development is that Black Sherif has asserted that his career is only getting started and that it would go on to be illustrious in the years to come.

The teenager, who is considered one of Ghana's and Africa's top performers, is already mingling with well-known musicians despite his youth. He has earned raving praises from colleagues and people in the industry, most recently from the American musician Snoop Dogg.
