How to complete SIM Card Re-registration Using Self-Service Application.
》 Make sure you have completed the first phase with the shortcode *404# to receive your unique code from your network operator.
》Kindly have a smartphone with Internet, email address, Valid Ghana Card, Mobile Money Account, Ghana Digital Address and your unique code.
》 Then download the application from Google Play Store.
Step 1
* Create an account after successful installation of the Self-Service Application on your smartphone by providing your phone number, first name, middle name, last name, date of birth and gender (Male/Female).
* Enter your email address and confirm your details.
* Create your password and your four digits pin to protect authorised transactions and this completes your account creation.
Step 2
* Now register your SIM Card by logging in to your Self-Service Application account and providing the following details;
1) Identification type.
2) Network Provider.
3) Number to be registered.
4) Your unique code
5) Your Mobile Money number to make payment.
Step 3
* Kindly confirm the disclaimer and tap "Next" and wait for your unique code validation.
* Select your payment method option and enter your payment option pin.
* Process to make payment from the pop-up menu on your screen with the payment method that appears.
* Tap on OK and Process to confirm payment.
Step 4
* Capture the front and back of your Ghana card in the frame and make sure it fits in the frame too. Avoid blur capturing of the front and back of your Ghana Card.
* Kindly confirm your details by tapping on "Next" to proceed.
Step 5
* Capture your face (selfie) by tapping on "Start Liveness". Make sure your face is fit in the frame for capture and avoid blur capture.
* Tap on "Finish" to proceed to the next step.
Step 6
* Capture your fingerprints by tapping on the "Perform Scan" and capture both of your two fingers (Left and Right). Make sure your fingers fit in the frame for easy Capture.
*Tap on "Proceed " to move to the next step.
Step 7
* Validate your details and enter your Digital Address and tap on "Submit".
* Then tap on "Proceed" on the next pop-up menu to confirm your Ghana Card number.
* Another pop-up menu will appear indicating successful registration.
*Then Dail *400# to check if you have received "B-Cap Yes" to your Name and Unique Code to be made up in three, if not then your re-registration process didn't go through well.
