Re-registration exercise started on 1st of October, 2021 which will be ending on March 31st, 2022, but National Communication Authority have extended the ending date for all Ghanaians to be able to re-register their SIM Cards.
According to them, about Seven Million people have re-registered their SIM cards with their Ghana Cards but still majority too have not yet re-register because of some two and three reasons.
This have made over 12million SIM Cards still pending in their system. The National Communications Authority (NCA) has announced that 7,636,287 SIM cards have been successfully registered and 12,861,763 SIM cards link to Ghana Cards in the ongoing SIM Card re-registration exercise.
