It was reported earlier Thursday 10th of November, 2022 that Ghanaian entrepreneur, singer and socialite Mona Fiaz Montrage, popularly known as Hajia 4 Real had been picked up by security personnel in the United Kingdom for over Eight Million US dollars ($8m) fraud issue.
According to the report, Mona Fiaz Montrage was arrested on the 10th of November, 2022 when she was about to return to Ghana at the airport with the help of Interpol at Heathrow Airport and the UK Police.
The exact report of the fraud issue is not yet reported by any media in Ghana or UK where investigation is still going. According to reports, she had been in the UK for about two weeks after she performed at the recently held Ghana Music Awards UK.
This report earlier sounded to Ghanaians as fake news as Peace FM Spokesman for Ghana Music Awards UK, Kwesi Ernest came out to confirm that indeed she has been arrested by UK Police in collaboration with Interpol at Heathrow Airport when she was on the flight about to return to Ghana.
