Ghanaian Rapper Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, popularly known as Amerado won three awards at Ghana Music Awards France 2022 (GMAF2022) which was held in Toulouse France.
After the return of Ghanaian Musician Derrick Sarfo Kantanka, popularly known as Amerado from Ghana Music Awards France 2022, he was able to show off three plaques he won at the event to Ghanaians and all his fans for his hard work in the Music Industry.
He was able to win three awards out of the seven nominations he gained at the event. He won the Hip-Hop Song of the Year award with his viral song "Abotr3" which is featured by Mohammed Ismail Sherif Kwaku Frimpong popularly known as Black Sherif.
He won the Rapper of the Year award and the EP of the Year award with his Album titled "Patience" EP which consists of his highly anticipated seven tracks ("Abotr3", "My Diary", "Fr3 Me", "Sing Along", "Sika Dam", "Sika Besu" and "Selflessness").
He was able to feature popular musicians like Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale, Mohammed Ismail Kwaku Sherif Frimpong known on stage as Black Sherif, Aba Rainbow, Benerl, Peter Fameyiah Bozah professionally known as Fameye, Andy Agyemang popularly known as YPee and Andy Osei Sarfo professionally known on stage as Kweku Flick on his EP.
On the 15th of September, 2022, he shared a post on his social media pages with "Plaques in!♥ GHANA MUSIC Awards France".
