Rosemond Brown, Ghanaian Actress, Model, Brand Ambassador and Social Media Personality popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has been sentenced to jail by Ghana High Court, for publishing a nude picture showing herself naked with her son on the seventh (7) birthday of her son on her Instagram page.

On Wednesday, 14th of April, 2021, She was convicted on her guilty plea by the Accra Circuit Court in Ghana after changing her "not guilty plea" to "guilty plea" pleading with tears to three (3) charges.
- The publication of obscene materials.
- Engaging in domestic violence in ways which undermine the privacy and integrity of another person.
- Engaging in domestic violence spoil the dignity of another human being.
She was then asked to undergo a pregnancy test to ensure she is not pregnant before sentencing to jail. She was therefore remanded to the Ghana Government Hospital on the sixteenth (16) of April 2021 to conduct a pregnancy test and bring the results.
She then tested negative showing she is not pregnant and the law can apply to her. She was then jailed by Mrs Christiana Cann for ninety (90) days in prison which is three (3) Months to draw a lesson to people, especially celebrities who like posting nudes on social media platforms in Ghana.
