Francisco Domingo Joaquim, a 28 years old Angolan was identified as the young boy with the world's largest mouth from the year 2010 to date and no one has competed with him and won. According to research, Francisco Domingo Joaquim's mouth is so wide that measures over six and a half inches across.

His wide mouth can fit an entire drink can of 330ml according to the Guinness Book of World Records. He is popularly known by a lot of people as the "Angolan Jaw of Awe", especially in his country. According to the Guinness Book of Records, Joaquim mouth's measures 17cm and 6.69 inches when unstretched.

According to research, Joaquim has "Chiquinho" as his nickname and suffers from a connective tissue disorder. His mouth measurement took place on the set show "Lo Show Dei Record" in Rome, Italy, on the18th March 2010.
