Today article talks about seventeen Fulani's suspected to be armed robbers at Donkorkrom over kidnapping issue.
Donkorkrom is a one of the towns in South Ghana and is the capital of Kwahu Afram Plains district, a district in Eastern Region of Ghana.
It was reported earlier this morning that seventeen suspected armed robbers who are Fulani's have been arrested at Donkorkrom in Kwahu Afram Plains North district in Eastern Region of Ghana. According to the report, these seventeen suspected armed robbers were arrested upon a tip-off at a fuel station.
Four short guns, three locally manufactured guns, seventeen machetes, nineteen mobile phones, sixty-six live AAA, and four hundred and ten BB cartridges were retrieved from these suspected armed robbers.
They were not just be suspected as armed robbers but kidnappers too by people of Donkorkrom.
Speaking with a locally based radio station in Nkawkaw, Obuoba FM, the Assembly Member of the area confirmed that these suspected armed robbers are not armed robbers but are Fulani’s who were in the process to rescue their kidnaped family.
